2ND SHIFT ORDER PICKER / REACH TRUCK OPERATOR NEEDED – GRAPEVINE, TX!

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – Until Finished)

Metro Staffing Solutions has partnered with one of the nation's largest aftermarket distributors of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts and is seeking experienced Reach Truck/Order Picker Operators to join their warehouse team in Grapevine, TX.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker (Order Picker) safely and efficiently.

• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately.

• Load and unload inventory as needed.

• Read and follow pick tickets and RF scanners.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and product quality.

• Assist with stocking, replenishment, and warehouse organization.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S).

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

• Must be willing to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.

• Previous Reach Truck experience is REQUIRED.

• Experience operating a Cherry Picker/Order Picker is a plus.

• Ability to accurately read pick tickets and warehouse documents.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs on a consistent basis.

• Must be able to stand, bend, twist, and lift throughout an 8–12 hour shift.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Requirements

• Reach Truck experience is REQUIRED (Sit-Down Forklift experience alone does NOT qualify).
• Steel-toed boots required on the first day.
•  Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
