POSITION:
Reach, Pacer & Cherry Picker Forklift Operator
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Parallel Employment is seeking skilled Forklift Operators experienced in operating reach, pacer, and cherry picker forklifts to join our dynamic team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate reach trucks, pacers, and cherry pickers to move and store products accurately.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Unload trucks, put-always, cycle counts, replenish racks, review receiving paper work, able to multi-task, ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
1st shift; 7am - 3:30pm
Pay rate: $18/hr.
Sturtevant, WI.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of recent experience operating reach trucks, pacers, and cherry pickers in a warehouse setting.
- RF scanner system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods of time, with the capability of lifting up to 50 lbs.
