Job Title: Reach Truck & Cherry Picker Operator

We are currently seeking experienced Reach Truck and Stand-Up Lift Operators for a leading manufacturing facility. This position offers competitive pay at $18.78 per hour and is available on 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM). Training will be provided on 1st shift (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, and other powered industrial equipment.
• Load and unload trailers and containers efficiently and safely.
• Retrieve and place pallets in high rack storage locations.
• Process products and track inventory using RF scanners.
• Resupply bins and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Select, stage, and prepare merchandise for transport and order fulfillment using Voice Collect headsets.
• Prepare freight for order picking, either on foot or using a reach lift.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of experience operating stand-up forklifts and reach trucks in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand, squat, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
