Job Title: Reach Truck Operator

Location: Garner/Raleigh/Knightdale NC

Shift:1st / 2nd / 3rd Shift

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr +

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating stand-up reach trucks in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment and will be responsible for moving, storing, and retrieving products while maintaining inventory accuracy and workplace safety. Reach truck operators commonly handle palletized goods in high-bay racking systems and support order fulfillment activities.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up reach truck safely and efficiently.
• Put away, pick, and retrieve pallets from warehouse racking.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory and product locations.
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
