Reach Truck Operator

Schedule:
  • Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Pay $21/hr
  • Work site located in Fargo, ND

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role is responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, store, stack, retrieve, and transport products throughout the facility while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate a reach truck in warehouse storage and distribution areas

  • Complete daily equipment inspections and required documentation

  • Load, unload, move, stack, and store products in designated warehouse locations

  • Retrieve products from elevated rack locations and replenish inventory as needed

  • Pull and prepare orders for shipment

  • Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy

  • Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain inventory accuracy

  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities

  • Rotate inventory according to warehouse procedures

  • Report inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, and safety concerns

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of Reach Truck operating experience required

  • Ability to obtain and pass reach truck certification

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse scanning equipment

  • Ability to perform basic math calculations

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for 10–12 hours per shift

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds

  • Frequent bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting throughout the shift

  • Ability to work at heights while operating a reach truck

  • Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures, lighting conditions, and noise levels

  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
