Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a skilled Machine Operator with strong reach truck experience to support warehouse and production operations in Arvin, CA. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are handled efficiently, orders are processed accurately, and daily production goals are met.

Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay: $17.50/hour
  Responsibilities

  • Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently

  • Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment

  • Assist with light assembly and production tasks

  • Perform inventory counts and material movement

  • Support shipping and receiving operations

  • Follow company safety policies and quality standards

  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals
     
    Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 

  • Reach truck experience (required)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to stand and work 8–12 hour shifts

  • Basic math skills

  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
