Reach Truck Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking 1st & 2nd shift Reach Truck Operators to join their team. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and independence, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Reach Truck Operator

Location: Belleville, MI

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Monday–Friday

1st: 7 AM-3:30 PM
2nd: 3:30 PM -12 AM

All employees will report to 1st shift for training during their first week

What's the Job?

• Operate a stand-up reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count inventory
• Perform order selecting and properly stage materials for outbound shipment
• Transfer inventory to designated warehouse locations as needed
• Maintain accuracy in inventory handling and product placement
• Report progress, discrepancies, and any issues to supervisors

What's Needed?

• 1-2 yr Previous reach truck operation and order selecting experience required
• Strong ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with inventory movement, product staging, and warehouse organization
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
