Location: Lancaster, TX

Pay Rate: $18.75 - $19.25 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 1st Shift: 7 AM-3:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM-12 AM | OT as needed

Reach Truck Operator - Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Reach Truck Operator - Skills + Experience Requirements

• Recent Reach Truck Operator experience required.
• Crown Reach Truck experience required.
• Order picking and warehouse material handling experience.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Reach Truck Operator - Physical Capabilities

• Work in warehouse temperatures ranging from approximately 42°F to 55°F.
• Work in both regular warehouse and cold storage areas.
• Stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Perform physical warehouse and material handling tasks.
• Safely operate Reach Truck equipment.
• Wear required steel-toe shoes.

Reach Truck Operator - Job Duties

• Operate a Crown Reach Truck to move products throughout the warehouse.
• Pick and stage orders accurately.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Transport materials to designated warehouse locations.
• Support inventory movement and product staging.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.

What You Will Do

As a Reach Truck Operator, you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.

The Reach Truck Operator supports warehouse productivity by safely transporting palletized inventory using specialized reach truck equipment. This position combines equipment operation, inventory awareness, and workplace safety to support efficient warehouse operations.

A successful Reach Truck Operator understands material handling procedures, warehouse organization, and inventory accuracy while maintaining safe operating practices throughout every shift. Dependability and attention to detail contribute to operational success.
