Job Title: Picker – Reach Forklift Operator (3rd Shift Warehouse)

Location: Tulsa, OK

1st shift 5:00am-3:30pm Mon-Thurs (Occasional mandatory OT 1-3x monthly) 

Pay:18.00 

3rd shift 6:30pm-5:00am Sun-Thurs (Occasional mandatory OT 1-3x monthly)

Pay:  19.00

Picker – Reach Forklift Operator – Must-Have Requirements

• Proven reach forklift experience
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems
• Ability to work independently on 2nd shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow detailed pick lists and instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Picker – Reach Forklift Operator – Position Summary

The Picker – Reach Forklift Operator is responsible for pulling, staging, and loading products using a reach truck in a warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and on-time shipments.

Picker – Reach Forklift Operator – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate reach forklift to pick and move inventory to staging areas
• Pull products based on job lists and order requirements
• Load materials onto trucks for shipment
• Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and maintain accuracy
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

Picker – Reach Forklift Operator – Additional Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
• Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems a plus
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to adapt in a high-volume work environment
