Job Requirements

hands-on experience in front-end/UI development with a strong focus on React.

Strong proficiency in React frameworks and ecosystem (e.g., hooks, context API, router).

Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).

In-depth understanding of CSS, including SASS/SCSS, CSS-in-JS (e.g., Styled Components), and responsive design patterns.

Experience in Node.js and npm for build and dependency management. Familiarity with modern bundlers (Webpack, Vite).

Experience with front-end testing tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright).

Proficient with Git and GitHub workflows (e.g., pull requests, branching strategies).

Familiarity or exposure to Micro Frontends architecture.

Familiarity with monorepos and experience using tools like Nx for project management.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.

Familiarity with containerization using Docker and deployment to platforms like OpenShift or Kubernetes.

Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON-based backend systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex front-end issues.

Solid experience with TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+) and modern ECMAScript features.

Lead front-end development efforts using React to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.

Lead front-end architectural decisions and enforce best practices across projects.

Implement responsive UI designs with expertise in modern CSS, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Mentor junior and mid-level developers and conduct advanced code reviews to maintain and elevate code quality standards.

Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices within the team.

Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

Experience with front-end testing tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright).

Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and internationalization (i18n/l10n) best practices.

Exposure to Agile development methodologies.

Knowledge of modern build tools like Webpack or Vite.
