Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

Investigating and resolving technical issues reported by users, identifying the root cause, and implementing solutions. This may involve debugging code, optimizing performance, or working with other teams to resolve backend issues.

Customer Interaction:

Providing technical support to customers, both remotely and potentially on-site, and communicating technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Collaboration:

Working closely with designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and functional user experience.

Code Maintenance and Optimization:

Maintaining and improving existing front-end code, optimizing performance for speed and scalability, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

Staying Updated:

Keeping up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, best practices, and security standards to ensure the websites and applications are secure and efficient.

Essential Skills:

Technical Proficiency:

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience with React, Redux.

Problem-Solving:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with users and other team members.

Collaboration:

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with other engineers, designers, and product managers.
