- 3+ years of professional experience with React.
- Real production experience with Next.js and React Native.
- Production experience and high-proficiency with SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of modern React patterns (hooks, context, architecture, SSR).
- Experience publishing apps to App Store and Google Play.
- Comfortable working with REST APIs and real-time data.
- Strong eye for UI detail and user experience.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of features.
- Should provide examples of shipped projects or portfolio work.
