Position: React Frontend Developer

Location: Malvern, PA, 19355

Job Type: Fulltime

Salary: $110,000-$120,000 a year+ benefits

Key Technical Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies.
• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components using JavaScript (ES5/ES6) and TypeScript.
• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into high-quality production-ready code.
• Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following frontend development best practices.
• Implement efficient state management and ensure seamless data flow across applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high coding standards.
• Manage source code using GitHub, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and release management.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and production issues.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and other testing frameworks.
• Create and execute unit, integration, end-to-end (E2E), and regression test cases to ensure application quality.
• Monitor application stability and performance through automated testing and continuous integration.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and coding standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Support production deployments and provide post-release monitoring and issue resolution.
