DETAILS
- Title: Readiness and Response Operator - 1
- Type: Full-Time, Ongoing Contract
- Location: Miami, FL Onsite
- Compensation: $25.00/hour
- Start: ASAP
CANDIDATE BACKGROUND PROFILE
- 2+ years of experience in fleet operations, logistics, hospitality, aviation ground operations, emergency response, customer service, or a comparable fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean/excellent driving record.
- Comfortable working hands-on with vehicles and using laptops, mobile devices, terminal commands, internal applications, and remote vehicle tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex operational and safety procedures.
- Able to remain calm and professional during time-sensitive or unexpected field situations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to pass background, Motor Vehicle Record, and drug screenings.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Prepare autonomous developmental/test vehicles for daily missions, including software launches, hardware/software verification, and pre-trip safety inspections.
- Maintain fleet readiness by cleaning vehicles and sensors, charging vehicles, and documenting vehicle status.
- Coordinate vehicle and equipment movement and storage across multiple locations.
- Operate support vehicles for testing, logistics, and other fleet activities.
- Assist with vehicle recovery and field-response activities, including transporting equipment and personnel.
- Support new-market launches through vehicle deployment, site organization, and readiness audits.
- Track and replenish fleet consumables, cleaning supplies, fluids, and minor hardware.
- Provide additional operational support across Readiness, Response, and Robotaxi service operations as needed.
- Follow established safety procedures and PPE requirements while maintaining accurate operational documentation.
