Position Overview:The Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit (IU5) has a need for a Part-Time Reading Teacher, working with grades K-8. This position is responsible to plan, provide, and implement skill-based interventions to students that will result in students achieving academic success. The Part-Time Reading Teacher will work collaboratively with professional staff to implement a quality reading program that meets the needs of students needing intervention by delivering small group instruction within established curriculum guidelines. This position will also be responsible for responding to a wide range of inquiries from student's parents or guardians regarding instructional program and student progress.III Required Qualifications:- PA Teaching Certification- Reading Specialist Certification- Driver's license in your state of residence and reliable transportation
