About This Job: As a Ready Mix Concrete Delivery Professional, you play a crucial role in our operations by safely and efficiently delivering concrete to various job sites. You are the face of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional service. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage your time effectively. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Operates a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver concrete to construction sites.Inspects the truck before and after each run to ensure it is in optimal working condition.Follows all safety procedures and traffic laws while driving.Manages the slump of the concrete and adds water or other additives as needed, following customer specifications.Communicates effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.Completes delivery tickets and obtains customer signatures.Cleans the truck after each delivery to prevent concrete buildup.Plans delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery.Provides excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions.Adheres to all company policies and procedures.Exercises independent judgment in resolving on-site delivery issues.
