What You'll Be Doing
Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to support safe operations.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to coordinate deliveries.
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and comply with all transportation and safety requirements.
Support a positive customer experience through professional service and teamwork.
What Are We Looking For
Valid CDL License.
Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in a construction or transportation environment.
Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible decision-making.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain professional working relationships.
Capability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
