Ready Mix Laborer

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assembly, stripping, and oiling of concrete block forms
• Assist in the maintenance and housekeeping of concrete slab areas
• Help customers with rebar and retail supply orders
• Assure all safety policies are followed to prevent any unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors
• Use of the Telehandler & Skid steer (training available)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be motivated and self-starter with the drive to expand job knowledge and skills
• Ability to communicate effectively while maintaining positive interactions with others
• Possess a valid Idaho driver license with a clean record
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime if needed.
