Ready, Set, Ship! Join Our Parcel/UPS Team - Ferguson Enterprises, $22 Per Hour

Location: Front Royal, VA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, with overtime as needed

In this role, you'll play a key part in getting parcel and UPS shipments out the door at our Front Royal distribution center - making sure customers get what they need, when they need it. Our Parcel/UPS team tackles whatever comes their way - with a smile. No boredom allowed here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers) in compliance with OSHA and company guidelines

• Accurately pick, stage, and store product in designated warehouse locations

• Build pallets and containers while maintaining organized work areas

• Use RF scanners or voice-directed systems to complete daily tasks

• Maintain inventory accuracy and prioritize product safety

• Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership

• Follow all standard operating procedures and safety requirements

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Show up consistently and take your work seriously

• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and are comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet

• Are willing to work overtime when scheduled

• Are comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Have prior warehouse or equipment experience (preferred, not required - we train!)

• Are ready to pass a background check and drug screen

• Pay Range:
• $15.00 - $26.17
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
