How this role drives the company forward: Responsible for performing a variety of manufacturing and laboratory tasks while following established processes and procedures independently with limited supervision daily, specific supervision on new tasks. Works on assignments that are moderately complex and where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations. Performs visual and functional in-process inspection to assure products meet specifications and quality standards. Maintains laboratory equipment and inventory levels of laboratory supplies. May be responsible for limited troubleshooting and calibration of instruments, writing manufacturing batch records and setting up bill of materials. This role works independently with general supervision and training on new tasks or processes. Helps demonstrate proper technique and provides advice on processes for entry level Reagent Manufacturing Associates. The Reagent Manufacturing Associate II is an on-site role located in San Jose, CA. How you will make an impact: In the role of Reagent Manufacturing Associate II, you will significantly contribute independently or collaboratively with team members preparing solutions and reagent products that adhere to quality specifications and ensure customer satisfaction. This involves meticulously following manufacturing batch records and complying with established company processes and documentation standards. Your attention to detail during product inspections, guided by work instructions, will help maintain ISO standards. Effective communication with all Operation groups throughout the manufacturing process is essential. Additionally, your proficiency in drafting manufacturing batch records and work instructions will support the successful launch of new products for the company. What will you do:
