Job Details

What You'll Own:

• Own the financial oversight and reporting for a portfolio of approximately six real estate assets
• Oversee financial reporting from third-party property managers, reviewing results, identifying trends, and resolving discrepancies
• Review joint venture partner reporting and serve as a key financial partner to internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with Asset Management and Development Management teams to analyze asset performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare consolidated GAAP financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and cash flow analytics to support portfolio planning and investment decisions
• Optimize and maintain the Yardi accounting platform

To Be Considered:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Masters preffered
Active CPA license required (or in progress)
2–5 years of progressive accounting experience
Public Accounting experience (preferably within Real Estate group)
