Position Summary:

Implements processes to collect and analyze data, measure and evaluate program effectiveness, create reports and visualizations to provide data-driven recommendations. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure data governance and compliance and enable informed decision-making, optimize program performance, and contribute to data-driven insights and improvements in business outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducts research and analysis on trends to advise on opportunities across the entire Real Estate, Construction, and Property Administration portfolio that support continuous organizational growth and improvement.
  • Develops strategic plans for enterprise dashboard portfolio and executive reporting strategy growth that align with and support the organization's continuous improvement and development strategies.
  • Develops complex models for potential investments and adjustments that include metrics based insights, results of outcomes, and leadership level visualizations.
  • Establish data governance practices including KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, narrative-driven dashboards, and quarterly business reviews for executive level insights.
  • Monitors and manages the budgetary parameters and financial performance of assigned portfolios, ensuring constant compliance with financial reporting regulatory requirements.
  • Communicates with senior leadership, key stakeholders, and other real estate professionals to identify and assess trends and their respective business impacts.
  • Stays updated on industry trends, market regulations, economic indicators, and emerging technologies that may impact organizational operations.
  • Assists internal departments with market analyses that provide actionable insight into the optimization of initiatives and campaigns across our Real Estate, Construction, and Property Admin teams.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in portfolio data management to ensure organizational growth and critical deliverables are top priorities.
  • Ownership of PowerBI reporting ecosystem including data automation and reporting pipelines to drive executive dashboarding and KPI strategy across our portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years' work experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or strategy, with experience translating complex data into actionable insights, building dashboards and executive reporting, measuring program effectiveness, and partnering with stakeholders to drive data governance, compliance, and business performance across large portfolios.
  • 5+ years' experience in full reporting and data management lifecycle
  • Database Design/Programming (SQL Server, Transact-SQL) to create data pipelines and automate/reduce manual reporting
  • PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel reporting and dashboard creation
  • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for scalable data pipelines and dataset governance
  • General System Administration (User Provisioning, File Server Administration)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred.
  • Data Science and Machine learning certifications
  • High level of communication skills to align leadership with dashboards and strategy/governance of reporting
  • Familiarity with our Real Estate, Construction, and Property Administration process/portfolio/projects/databases

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
