You'll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you'll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Responsibilities: • Comply with tax withholding processes and legal requirements • Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments • Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness • Manage the listing process from pre-live listing to under contract. • Maintain and clean the CRM daily to ensure accuracy and organization. • Assist agents with client touchpoints such as anniversaries and check-ins. • Assist in improving and maintaining systems and processes. • Support internal team organization. Qualifications: • Must have high school diploma or GED • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Comfortable learning and using CRM systems and technology. Compensation: $38,000 - $43,000 yearly
