Talis Group’s client is a reputable & established title company in Louisville.  They are seeking to hire an experienced Real Estate Administrative Coordinator to join their close-knit team.  This is a full time, direct hire opportunity offering a salary of $55-$58k plus medical benefits, paid time off, & paid holidays.  The hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, onsite. 

This role is ideal for a strong administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is eager to learn the real estate/title industry.  Prior title or closing experience is a plus but not required - training will be provided.     

Highlighted Duties:

  • Open and enter new orders into Streamline software.
  • Communicate with clients, agents, attorneys, lenders, buyers, and sellers to collect documentation and provide status updates.
  • Assist with preparation of real estate closing documents, settlement statements, and disclosures (training provided.)
  • Support the team with title processing and clearing real estate title-related items.
  • Coordinate closing schedules and assist with post-closing tasks.
  • Process title commitments, policies, and endorsements.
  • Provide professional and responsive support via phone or email.
  • Answering incoming calls and route to appropriate team members.
  • Ensure clear communication across all parties to support a smooth & efficient closing process. 

Highlighted Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of strong, progressive, and recent administrative, or office support experience.
  • Experience in real estate, mortgage, legal, banking, or related industry is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional, friendly, & courteous communication skills (written & verbal.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & comfortable learning new software systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team environment.
