Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgages to help clients make informed decisions
- Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals to foster repeat and referral business
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Texas or ability to obtain one
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools including Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Drive
- Comfortable using AI tools and technology to enhance client service and streamline workflows
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events, appointments, and deadlines efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Prior experience in real estate or related customer service roles is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and local Southlake/Argyle area knowledge preferred
