Real Estate Agent - $100k+ opportunity in Eau Claire

Summary

This is a full-time, commission-based sales opportunity designed for ambitious, competitive professionals who are motivated to earn $100,000 or more annually.

This is not a part-time role. We are looking for highly driven self-starters who are prepared to embrace a meaningful challenge, build lasting client relationships, and develop a successful real estate business.

Members of our team are earning $100,000+ by their second or third year, while top performers generate $150,000–$200,000 or more annually.

Market Coverage

Eau Claire • Chippewa Falls • Altoona • Lake Hallie • Menomonie

We are also expanding into additional markets, including Rusk County—Ladysmith, WI—and Jackson County—Black River Falls, WI.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads and work warm lead ponds
• Daily prospecting and follow-up to build predictable income
• Attend coaching and training sessions (scripts, business planning, accountability)
• Hold buyer and seller appointments
• Use our CRM and technology tools to stay organized and on track
• Participate in open houses and brand-building activities

Qualifications

• Full-time only (no part-time or hobby agents)
• Goal-oriented — must want to earn $100k+
• Must be willing to get your WI real estate license
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachable, driven, and comfortable with a commission-only structure
