Compensation:

$115,000 - $215,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Assist in generating leads and building a robust client base through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices in managing real estate transactions from start to finish.
  • Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and learning from peers to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Utilize company resources and tools to efficiently manage client interactions and transaction documentation.
  • Support marketing efforts by helping to create and distribute promotional materials to attract new clients.

Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced real estate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common objectives.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for managing client interactions and transactions is a plus.
