    Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Boston, MA. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients with renting and buying residential properties, including conducting property showings, advising on pricing and market conditions, and guiding clients through applications, offers, and closing processes. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local inventory and neighborhood trends, and preparing accurate listing materials and documentation. The agent will coordinate with landlords, property managers, and other agents, while providing responsive, professional customer service. The role also involves using brokerage tools and systems, attending team meetings, and complying with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.\n

    • Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in residential rentals or sales, proficiency with real estate CRM and listing platforms, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work some evenings and weekends as required by client schedules.
