Responsibilities
Launch & Execute
- Graduate from PLACE Launch and execute PLACE lead-generation systems weekly
- Track tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Convert prospecting and lead-generation efforts into booked appointments
- Host two open houses per month to build pipeline and visibility
Client Consulting & Negotiation
- Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify ideal homes
- Consult with sellers, convert appointments into listings, and market homes
- Negotiate offers CONFIDENTLY on behalf of buyers and sellers
Train, Practice & Perform
- Participate in weekly script practice and team activities
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and Partner Calls
Listing Expertise
- Advise clients on pricing strategies, staging, and listing-related services
Qualifications

Required Experience & Credentials
- Licensed real estate professional
