Responsibilities

• Execute Lead Generation: Systematically implement weekly PLACE lead generation strategies to build and nurture a consistent client pipeline.
• Guide Buyers: Consult with home buyers to understand their unique needs, secure signed buyer agreements, and guide them through property selection and offer negotiations.
• Represent Sellers: Deliver end-to-end listing services, advising clients on market pricing, home staging, and marketing strategies to secure top-value sales.
• Drive Appointments: Convert prospecting efforts into active client consultations through consistent outreach and monthly open house events.
• Track & Analyze Progress: Utilize PLACE Technology to manage tasks, track key performance activities, and ensure seamless transaction workflows.
• Engage in Skill Building: Active participation in weekly script practice, team strategy sessions, 1:1 coaching, and partner calls to continuously refine sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate Professional: Valid real estate license with 3+ years of active sales experience required.
• Proven Sales Drive: Intrinsically motivated with a strong track record in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Strong Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build immediate rapport and guide clients through complex decisions.
• Growth-Minded: Dedicated to continuous learning, open to coaching, and willing to master proven scripts and sales dialogues.
• Highly Organized: Strong time management skills with the discipline to manage multiple client transactions and daily outreach effectively.
