Responsibilities

Build & Maintain Client Relationships

Develop strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants by providing exceptional communication, professionalism, and service throughout every transaction.

Generate & Convert Leads

Utilize company-provided systems, marketing tools, CRM technology, social media, networking, and prospecting strategies to consistently generate and convert business opportunities.

Guide Clients Through Transactions

Assist clients through the buying, selling, leasing, and investing process while providing expert guidance, negotiation skills, and market knowledge.

Market Listings Effectively

Leverage professional photography, social media marketing, digital advertising, SEO tools, video content, and company branding systems to maximize listing exposure and results.

Stay Educated on the Market

Maintain strong knowledge of local market trends, pricing strategies, investment opportunities, financing options, and industry changes to better serve clients.

Collaborate With Team & Leadership

Work alongside brokerage leadership, transaction support staff, marketing teams, and fellow agents to create a high-level client experience and growth-focused environment.

Build a Long-Term Personal Brand

Utilize company resources, technology, coaching, and media opportunities to grow your personal brand, online presence, referral network, and long-term business pipeline.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service. 

  • Active Pennsylvania Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Professionalism and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team environment
  • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, social media, and digital marketing tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Desire to grow personally and professionally
  • Sales, customer service, marketing, or business experience is beneficial but not required
  • Investment real estate knowledge or interest is a plus
