Responsibilities

• Generate leads for a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Host two open houses each month
• Provide consultations to buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
• Negotiate offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers
• Utilize specialized technology to monitor and manage tasks and activities
• Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team standards
• Actively participate in team activities as required by team protocols
• Advise sellers, secure listing agreements, and effectively market properties
• Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other services related to property listings

Qualifications

• Holds a valid real estate license
• Motivated sales professional with a friendly, competitive spirit
• Comfortable building connections, listening to clients, and finding the right solutions
• Experienced in finding new leads and growing client relationships
• Confident in handling objections smoothly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about providing great service to clients
• Works well with others in a team environment

• Organized and pays close attention to details
• Willing to learn and use scripts and conversation techniques
• Good at managing time and staying on top of priorities
