Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals in the Bismarck market.
Guide clients through the buying and selling process, including property searches, showings, offers, negotiations, inspections, and closings.
Conduct market research and prepare comparative market analyses to help clients make informed pricing and investment decisions.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for property listings, including online advertising, social media, open houses, and networking activities.
Coordinate appointments, property showings, client communications, and transaction timelines with professionalism and responsiveness.
Prepare, review, and manage real estate documents, contracts, disclosures, and other transaction-related paperwork in accordance with applicable regulations.
Stay current on local market trends, industry practices, and real estate laws while representing Hatch Brokered by Real with integrity and exceptional service.
Qualifications
Active or eligible-to-obtain North Dakota real estate license
Strong knowledge of the Bismarck real estate market and surrounding communities preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
Professional demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional client service
Ability to develop and maintain a strong network of buyers, sellers, lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals
Comfortable using real estate technology, customer relationship management systems, social media, and online marketing tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete contracts and transaction documentation
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally for showings, inspections, and appointments
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team at Hatch Brokered by Real
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs
Previous sales, customer service, marketing, or real estate experience preferred but not required
