Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Launch program to align with our systems and hit the ground running
• Execute lead generation systems weekly and convert prospecting activities into appointments
• Consult with buyers and sellers at a high level — converting sellers to listings and buyers to signed agreements
• Price strategically, advise on staging, and deliver full-service listing expertise from day one
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients
• Track tasks and activities to stay sharp and accountable
• Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, and Partner Call
• Commit to your weekly 1:1 coaching session with Chris and ongoing team trainings
• Demonstrate the professionalism and consistency that sets top producers apart

Qualifications

You're a fit if you are:

• Team player
• Licensed real estate professional
• 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
• Are serious about hitting - and exceeding - your 2026 goals
