Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch training program
- Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
- Represent sellers and buyers in negotiating offers
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host a minimum of two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions following team guidelines
- Actively participate in team meetings and activities as required
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Work closely with sellers to secure listings and effectively market their properties
- Provide expert guidance on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
