Responsibilities

What You’ll Get When You Join Our Real Estate Team

You’ll join a high-accountability real estate team that feels like family but performs like professionals. We are looking for coachable, gritty, witty, growth-minded real estate agents who want training, systems, support, accountability, and opportunity.

As a member of our team, you will:

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch and follow a proven real estate business-building system.
  • Execute weekly lead generation systems to create consistent buyer and seller opportunities.
  • Convert prospecting, open houses, database activities, and lead follow-up into appointments.
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and guide clients through the home buying process.
  • Consult with sellers, convert listing appointments, and help clients price, prepare, stage, market, and sell their homes.
  • Gain access to a master negotiator who can help you write stronger offers, compete in multiple-offer situations, and increase your chances of getting your clients’ deals accepted.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, inspections, repairs, contingencies, and contract terms for buyers and sellers.
  • Host at least two open houses monthly to build your pipeline and create new client relationships.
  • Track your contacts, tasks, appointments, and client communication in PLACE Technology.
  • Participate in weekly script practice, 1:1 coaching, team training, Partner Call, and team activities.
  • Bring professionalism, humor, humility, consistency, and grit to a team that works hard and supports each other.

You will not be left alone to figure out how to grow. You’ll have coaching, technology, tools, systems, accountability, and experienced leadership around you.

This role is for someone who wants to become a skilled real estate professional, grow their production, serve clients well, and build a career with people who care about both performance and people.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
