• Proven lead generation systems so you know what to do each week to create business
• Coaching to turn prospecting into actual appointments and signed clients
• Hands-on training for buyer consultations, signed agreements, home searches, and client conversion
• Support from experienced agents as you learn to write stronger offers and negotiate confidently
• A repeatable process for winning listings, including pricing strategy, staging, marketing, and seller consultations
• Regular opportunities to build your pipeline through open houses and prospecting
• Weekly 1:1 coaching focused on your goals, skills, activities, and results
• Ongoing training, script practice, and Partner Calls so you’re never left trying to figure it out alone

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
