Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Pasadena area.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals.
Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections to facilitate smooth transactions.
Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, financing options, and market conditions specific to Pasadena and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
Valid real estate license in the state of California
Minimum of 4 years experience in sales
Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction
Strong knowledge of local Pasadena real estate market and trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
