Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
  • Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Pasadena area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals.
  • Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
