Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
• Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Pasadena area.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals.
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, financing options, and market conditions specific to Pasadena and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in the state of California
• Minimum of 4 years experience in sales
• Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of local Pasadena real estate market and trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
