Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
- Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Pasadena area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, financing options, and market conditions specific to Pasadena and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of California
- Minimum of 4 years experience in sales
- Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction
