Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch training
- Use PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, secure agreements, and identify homes
- Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
- Log tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Convert leads into appointments
- Attend weekly meetings and team activities
- Participate in weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Consult with sellers and secure listings
- Advise on pricing, staging, and listing services
Qualifications
- Active Indiana real estate license (or actively enrolled in real estate licensing classes)
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to build a successful real estate business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable and committed to personal and professional growth
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
- Goal-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Comfortable using technology and willing to learn new systems
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed to serve clients
