Our agents have access to 12 lead sources, including Zillow Flex and referral opportunities through established mortgage and lending partnerships.

You'll have opportunities to connect with prospective buyers and sellers, schedule appointments, show properties, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the closing process.

We're looking for experienced agents who know how to work with clients, manage their pipeline, and consistently follow up to convert opportunities into closed transactions.

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in agents who already have real estate sales experience, communicate professionally, follow up consistently, and are motivated to increase their transaction volume.

An active Florida real estate license is required.

This position is for experienced, licensed agents in the Miami area. It is not a pre-licensing or entry-level training opportunity.
