Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join our team of seasoned, professional property managers and Realtors. Our firm has been locally owned and operated since 2015. We specialize in mid-range to executive level properties around the Knoxville area. This role is responsible for directly leasing/managing single-family residential properties, as well as assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions. As a successful Property Manager, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, monitor required maintenance and ensure a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant. As a successful sales agent, your goals are to guide buyers and sellers to the closing table from Start to Finish! Compensation is commissions based with leads provided by the company. Responsibilities 

• Advertise vacant properties
• Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities
• Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references
• Accept rental payments and provide receipts
• Respond to tenant inquiries
• Maintain expert knowledge of the local market and housing trends
• Negotiate leasing terms
• Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants
• Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in real estate and/or property management
• Tennessee Real Estate License 
• Professional knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Experience with property management software is a plus
