About the Role:
Realty One Group NJ is looking for a driven and dynamic Agent Recruiter to join our growing team in Clifton, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding one of New Jersey's fastest-growing real estate brands by connecting brokers with a proven franchise model. 
Location: 600 Getty Avenue Clifton, NJ 07011



Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify qualified agents through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Present and promote Realty One Group Legend to potential agents
• Guide candidates through the full agent sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective candidates
• Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with brand growth goals
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activity

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, B2B sales, talent acquisition, or recruiting
• Strong understanding of the real estate brokerage or franchise business model
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and pipeline activity
• Located in or able to commute to the Clifton, NJ area

Salary based on experience + commission and bonus pay
