Job Summary & Responsibilities We are a growing Real Estate and mortgage Co. based out of CA - with Real Estate operations in CA and Mortgage in CA, CO and FL. Our business model and success is based on growth by bringing on Qualified Real Estate and Loans Candidates to join our brokerage. This job is for someone that likes to control their own destiny. We are seeking a pro-active, self organized and reliable Recruiter who will focus on assisting with seeking and on-boarding of high quality Real Estate and Loan Candidates professionals to join our brokerage by:

  • Utilize programs and direct sourcing to attract qualified Real Estate and Loan Candidates to our brokerage.
  • Market - Identify - local events and attend, seek out additional venues for advertising and brand exposure.
  • Evaluate - talent Conduct meetings - pre-screen candidates, assess whether they are a good fit with our values, to determine if they are a good fit.
  • Use data to influence change to make on-boarding process more efficient, time effective etc. map effective selection processes and recruitment plans, execute consistently

Job Description Seeking an Agent Recruiter located in the Orange County, CA area. This position plays a key role in bringing real estate professionals into our successful organization. The Agent Recruiter will engage with Real Estate professionals both new and experienced demonstrating to them how we can take their business to the next level. The position requires a real "sales" pro with exceptional, proven telephone prospecting skills, impeccable follow-up and great customer service. Primary job responsibilities include:

  • Outbound and inbound agent recruiting efforts, both cold and warm.
  • Contact potential real estate agents to communicate the benefits of joining our team; articulate value proposition, and compensation plans when appropriate.
  • Use multiple sourcing tools to target agents to contact as well as build and manage candidate pipeline.
  • Schedule potential agent recruitment appointments with Branch Managers and maintain recruiting records as needed.
  • Pre-interview over phone and/or in person to qualify candidates to present to Branch Managers.
  • Gather competitive intelligence on competing companies to better understand how to sell the SCC value proposition.
  • Strategically partner with Branch Managers to recruit, schedule appointments, interview and provide candidate information. Offer input into hiring candidates and making at times hiring decisions.
  • Work as a team to achieve recruiting metrics.

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills including experience with a CRM system or database to build and maintain pipeline
  • Ability to make at least 40 cold calls a day
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently supporting a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Real estate experience preferred but not required.
