The Collective Company, located at 121 West Monroe Avenue in Kirkwood, is looking for a driven, growth-minded professional to join our team as a Full-Time Real Estate Agent. You'll be surrounded by, learn from, and grow with the top 20% of real estate professionals in North America, working inside a proven system built to get you results.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on prospecting, negotiation, and building lasting client relationships, and who's ready to commit fully to a career, not just a job.

Responsibilities

• Execute The Collective's lead generation systems weekly
• Consult with buyers and sellers to help them achieve their real estate goals
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and the PLACE Partner Call

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional in Missouri (or actively pursuing licensure)
• Team player who believes in collaboration over competition
• Learning-based and growth-minded
• Willing to master proven scripts, dialogues, and systems
• Strong communicator with excellent time management skills
• Intrinsically motivated with a competitive spirit and comfort overcoming objections
