Real Estate Agent Opportunity

J. Elkon Realty is looking for a motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented Real Estate Agent ready to build a sustainable business and substantially increase their production.

This role is well suited for an agent currently completing approximately 3–15 transactions annually, as well as experienced sales professionals with a demonstrated track record and the drive to succeed in real estate.

Our agents receive the systems, coaching, technology, marketing resources, and administrative support needed to focus on the activities that create revenue:

• Building meaningful client relationships
• Prospecting for new opportunities
• Consistent follow-up
• Converting leads and closing transactions

This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, social media, and relationship building
• Consistently follow up with leads, prospects, past clients, and referral partners
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations and appointments
• Build and maintain a strong sphere of influence
• Work actively within the company's CRM and follow established systems
• Develop and maintain a professional personal brand
• Attend coaching, training, and accountability sessions
• Set and track weekly and monthly business goals
• Maintain consistent daily sales activity
• Represent clients professionally throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process
• Deliver an exceptional client experience
• Continuously develop sales skills and improve production

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey real estate salesperson license
• Minimum of 1 year of real estate sales experience
• Demonstrated sales ability and a history of working with clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Coachable and willing to implement proven systems
• Comfortable with prospecting, outbound calls, networking, and follow-up
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability
• Professional, positive, and dependable
• Willingness to track activity and work toward measurable production goals
• Desire to build a long-term real estate business rather than simply maintain a license
