Responsibilities

Prospect and generate your own leads, 15+ hours a week Convert leads to appointments and appointments to signed clients Consult with buyers and sellers, negotiate offers, and guide transactions start to finish Conduct open houses and build your local market expertise Track activity and clients in Brivity Technology Practice and internalize team scripts through weekly role-play Show up to team meetings and pull your weight as part of the group

Qualifications

You're ambitious and coachable, and you'd rather grow alongside a team than figure it all out solo. You're comfortable with rejection and driven to keep going anyway. Team player, full-time commitment Active real estate license, or currently enrolled in pre-licensing coursework Strong communication skills Competitive, self-motivated, growth-minded Willingness to learn and use scripts and structured processes Organized with strong time management
