Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Launch training
- Apply PLACE lead generation weekly
- Guide buyers, secure agreements, and find properties
- Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
- Keep accurate records with PLACE Technology
- Host at least two open houses monthly
- Convert leads into appointments
- Practice scripts weekly per team standards
- Attend team meetings and events
- Participate in weekly coaching and training
- Obtain listings and market seller properties
- Advise on pricing, staging, and listing services
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years experience in residential real estate sales
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Tracy and surrounding areas
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ethical business practices
