Compensation:

$125,000 - $185,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property showings and provide insightful tours to prospective buyers.
  • Assist clients in navigating the buying and selling process with confidence and clarity.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts within the real estate industry.
  • Utilize our proven systems to track leads and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and achieve collective sales goals consistently.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools used in real estate transactions.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to shared success.
  • Proven ability to network and build relationships with potential clients and industry professionals.
