Duties

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.

• Stay informed about local real estate market trends to provide clients with accurate information.

• Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers.
• \n
• Prepare and present market analyses to help clients make informed decisions.

• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations during all transactions.

• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings through effective administrative practices.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including lenders, inspectors, and attorneys.

Qualifications

• Ability to attend and pass the state 40 hour real estate class OR has a valid real estate license in the state of MI.
• \n
• Strong knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
• \n
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions.
• \n
• Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• \n
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
