Real Estate Analyst Global Technology (Remote)

We are currently recruiting a Real Estate Analyst for our client, a leading global technology company specializing in AI-powered data security and data management solutions. In this role, you will support the Corporate Real Estate team with lease administration, lease and contract data, rent files, invoices, and CoStar management.

This is a 1-year contract position, 40-hour per week. This is a remote role based in the US.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

• Manage lease administration activities for the Corporate Real Estate team.
• Abstract new leases, amendments, renewals, terminations, assignments, and other lease documents.
• Perform quality control reviews of lease abstracts and validate critical lease terms.
• Maintain accurate lease, contract, and property information in relevant databases.
• Prepare and maintain rent files and related lease information.
• Review and process real estate-related invoices and supporting documentation.
• Use CoStar to maintain property and real estate information.
• Support reporting and data management activities for the Corporate Real Estate team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in global corporate real estate and lease administration (on the tenant side).
• Experience using CoStar (MUST)
• Experience working with lease, contract, invoice, and rent-related information.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong data management and Microsoft Office skills.

Compensation: $26/hr - $33/hr
